hours
We realize that the vast majority of our patients work, either in the home or outside of the home. For your convenience, each of our physicians has a late night. These appointments fill up quickly so be sure to plan in advance. All of our providers also have early office hours.
- Dr. Fischer has late hours on Mondays & Wednesdays and early hours on Thursdays.
- Dr. Rosenberg has late hours on Mondays and early hours on Tuesdays.
- Catherine Quinn, our nurse practitioner, has early hours Tuesdays thru Fridays.
- Tiffany Krajicek, our nurse practitioner, has early hours Mondays thru Thursdays.
obstetric patients
We try to make obstetric visits at various times to accommodate your work schedule. We have early morning, lunch time, afternoon, and evening hours. Please let us know if you are having trouble getting the appointment time that is convenient for you.
At the time of your hospital visit, you will need to take your insurance card and the copy of your chart that our office will provide for you.
Obstetric appointments are significant and must be kept. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please reschedule it within the same week assigned.
routine questions
The best time for routine questions is between 9am and 5pm. If you call the main telephone number and dial -6- you can leave a message for our nurse. Please speak slowly and provide the spelling of your first and last name, a phone number and state your question. Our nurse will call you back.
Emergency phone calls should not be left on this line.
letters
All patient letters are handled by our receptionist. You can request a letter at the time of your visit or you can request a letter by phone. Please allow 2 business days for your telephone request to be handled. You can reach our receptionist by calling our main telephone number and pressing prompt 3.
If further assistance is needed, you can contact out reception supervisor at extension 218.
disability or FMLA forms
For disability and FMLA forms, please allow at least one week for these forms to be completed by our office. These forms are filled out by our billing department at ext. 204. You may reach this extension by calling our main telephone number and pressing prompt 8. At the following submenu, press 1. You can also call the main telephone number and during the menu dial the direct extension.
weekends or holidays
The office is closed on weekends. If you have an emergency please call and leave a message with the answering service. The doctor on call will call you back. If the on-call doctor does not return your call within 10 to 20 minutes please call back; they may not have received the page.
If it is not an emergency, please call Monday morning when the office is open.
Prescription refills will only be handled during regular business hours.
